What this website does with your information.

This notice covers this website only. It does not cover the OrbisVendor application at orbisvendor.app, or anything that happens after you email us.

We do not track you here

This site is a set of static files. It has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on the page reports your visit to anyone.

We do not set cookies

This site sets no cookies, and the pages that describe the product store nothing in your browser. That is why you were not asked to accept any: there is nothing to accept.

The free tools keep your work on your device

The free tools are the one exception, and only when you use them. A quote or invoice you build is saved in your browser's local storage, on your device, so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us or to anyone else: the tools have no server behind them, and a PDF is made by your own browser. A logo you add is stored the same way. Nothing is stored until you open a tool, and nothing in that storage identifies you to us, because we never receive it. To remove it, use Delete in the tool or clear this site's data in your browser.

The contact form

The form on this site asks for your name, work email, company, what you sell, and roughly how many people would use the product. When you submit it, the form opens your own email application with those details filled in as a draft message. You send it, from your own email account. The details are not transmitted to this website or stored on any server belonging to it.

Once you send that email, it sits in our inbox like any other email, and we use it to reply to you and to prepare for the call you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list from it.

What our hosting provider sees

Like any website, requests for these files reach a hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs. Those typically include your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

This site is hosted by Netlify, and Netlify’s own privacy terms apply to those logs. Nothing else runs behind these pages: no database, no payment provider and no application server. The OrbisVendor product uses its own suppliers, and its own privacy notice describes them.

This site links to orbisvendor.app. That is a separate application with its own terms and its own handling of data, and this notice does not extend to it.

Your rights

Because this site collects nothing, there is nothing held here to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to hello@orbisvendor.com and we will remove it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, or a state privacy law such as the CCPA. The controller for any correspondence you send is OrbisVendor, a product of OrbisForce. Write to hello@orbisvendor.com to exercise any of those rights.

Changes

If this site starts doing something it does not do today, such as adding analytics or a form that posts to a server, this page will be updated before that change goes live.
